| Just a few points of yoga etiquette we like to encourage and follow... - Please arrive on time (no entry after class has started).
Pranayama is essential to the Bikram series and cannot be missed. - Observe silence inside the yoga room at all times.
The yoga room is for quiet meditation and practice. - Wait 10 minutes after prior class ends before entering yoga room.
Please allow the prior class some time for Savasana. - No bags, shoes, chewing gum or mobile phones inside the yoga room.
Only a mat, towel and clear water should be brought into the room. - Only pure, clear water in clear plastic bottles allowed in the yoga room.
No coloured drinks, VitaCoco, glass bottles, metal containers, etc. - Front 2 rows are for experienced students only.
Beginners please find a spot in the back rows. - Stay in the room even if feeling a little dizzy or faint.
Try to sit down, drink water & wait until the feeling passes. If you must leave, alert your teacher so we can assist you. - After class, please hang your mat on the rack in the hallway so we can wash it.
So that you 're always assured of a clean mat, we wash our yoga mats after each use at the Canary Wharf studio. - Please do NOT exit to the outside atrium after class unless fully dressed (including shoes).
-
Please avoid using aerosols, strong perfumes and body oils when visiting the studio. Respect people's allergies/sensitivities to strong scents as the lungs open up during practise. -
Please do NOT shave in the shower or use eggs or other unconventional treatment methods. Thank you! We appreciate your understanding... |
